SugarMill Plantation is a residential community located in Camden County in the city of St. Mary's Georgia that consists of eight sub-divisions encompassing approximately 720 homes. Amenities include: two tennis courts, an Olympic size in ground swimming pool, children's playground, soccer field, picnic area and various walking/biking paths and landscaped areas. Also offered on SugarMill property is boat and camper storage on a space available basis. All of these properties are owned and maintained by the SugarMill Plantation Owner's Association. The community is conveniently located within two miles of the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, has quick access to Interstate 95 and is about 40 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida and 35 miles south of Brunswick, Georgia.
